MCR / CT Racing trx 450 finishing 2nd overall Pro Quad. Starting the race 3rd behind Greg Stuart and Brett Greenholz, the CT racing engine was running strong making up time and passing for 2nd in the first few miles.
Dave Scott took over at the midway pit to go around the rogh and rocky 80 mile course. After about 15 miles the course jumped onto an 8 mile graded road where Josh fredricks was able to real us in for the pass. About half way through the lap Greg Stuarts teamate Nick Grunland had a bad crash that dropped them back to 4th. Dave stopped to make sure he was ok before racing back to the midway pit where I got back on to do the last lap. I got on at the midway pit a few minutes back from the leaders. After pushing as hard as we could for the remainder of the race we were able to secure a solid 2nd overall finish. We are excited to start the year strong and are looking forward to the next race Siler State 300 April 29th.
