Last Sunday, our fellows Felipe Vélez and friends went to Tecate Mexico to race and win. After a long drive from La Paz where they last raced back to their hometown of San Felipe, the guys only had 2 days left to prepare their pre-runners and race quads. They left for the little town of Jacume next to the U.S. border and got there Saturday to start pre-running. The race start was at 9:30 AM on Sunday. Javier Robles and his team won 1st place in Pro ATV while 2nd Place went to riders Rafael Torres, Felipe Vélez, DamaZio Madueña, Heriberto Márquez on their Elka/Roll/Duncan/Honda TRX450R. Their partner Sportsman Team also won 1st Place aboard a Elka/Roll/Duncan/Honda TRX450R with riders Juan Naranjo, Jose luis Vélez, Arnoldo Castañeda. Congratulations to all 3 teams from everyone at Elka Suspension.
