Elka Suspension is releasing a brand new line of shock absorbers for the 2015-2018 Ford F-150! Following our recent introduction in the truck market with our Toyota products, we’re expanding to the American trucks with this first offering for the 2015+ 4×4 F-150.
Two shock models are offered for the F-150 (click for complete details):
- 2.5″ DC Reservoir
- High-speed/low-speed compression adjustable,
- Preload adjustable (front only)
- Remote reservoirs on front shocks and piggyback reservoirs on rear shocks, top of the line from Elka
- Massive 2.5″ hard-anodized aluminum body
- Perfect for daily driving with frequent off-road use
- 2.5″ Reservoir
- Preload adjustable (front only)
- Remote reservoirs on front shocks and piggyback reservoirs on rear shocks
- Massive 2.5″ hard-anodized aluminum body
- Perfect for daily driving with occasional off-road use
All shock models are available in two configurations:
- 0-2″ lift
- Sold from the factory at 1.5″ front lift for a level look with the rear of the truck (levelling kit)
- Can be adjusted to keep the stock look
- 2-3″ lift
- Sold from the factory at 2.5″ front lift to pair with a rear lift kit (blocks or spring leafs)
- Requires installation of atermarket upper control arms (UCA) for proper down travel and alignment with a lift over 2″
