“What are your plans for next year?” is a question I am continuously getting asked throughout this offseason. I would like to take this opportunity to answer this frequently asked question. Coming off a great rookie campaign and being Pro Am Unlimited’s National Number 3 and top rookie, the sky is the limit for 2013. I will be on a new team as I have cut ties with Roberts Racing/Buerster Motorsports. Look for a press release in the near future as a deal with a new team is in the works. In the meantime, now that I know how everything works, know what to expect and am used to the longer races, I am ready to take another step forward and take my game to the next level. There are a lot of good guys coming up for 2013 and I look forward to racing a new crop of talent. I take pride in my fitness, as well as my work ethic and determination.
I look forward to using this to my advantage next season, and I also look to prove to everyone early that to win a Pro Am championship in 2013 you’re going to have to go through Cody Janssen first. My main goal is to be on the podium, in both classes, every week. I know that if I achieve this goal, a championship is likely to follow. I plan on training in Florida in the offseason, riding at Jeremiah Jones’, and continuing to hone my craft. I can’t thank Elka Suspension enough for their continued support and I will do everything in my power to win a Pro Am title for them. Look for big things in 2013 coming from Cody Janssen! Thank you all and God bless.
