Following a stellar 2010 season, Yamaha’s Dustin Nelson kicks off the 2011 season with a podium during round #1 of the WORCS race series at Honolulu Hills in Taft, CA. Dustin finished in second place, just a few second behind the winner and just in front of last year’s champion Josh Frederick.
Dustin was riding Elka Suspension’s new Stage 5 ATV shocks, which he tested and helped develop last season. Check out what Dustin had to say about his suspension setup in the above video interview filmed just minutes before last year’s final round at Mesquite, NV.
Dustin’s new teammate Josh Row finished in 6th Place, right in front of the 2009 Champion Beau Baron, who went through some mechanical issues and finished in 7th Place, followed by his MCR teammates Davi Haagsma in 8th and Johnny Schafe in 10th. All those riders are using various Elka Suspension setups.
