The battle for the 2018 ATVMX Pro ATV Championship continued last weekend in Crawfordsville, IN at the Ironman Raceway. The high speed track is one of Elka sponsored Joel Hetrick favorites, and the 2017 Pro Champion showed his skills once again with a third consecutive win there!
Hetrick missed the holeshot in Moto 1 but quickly got to 1st place and was able to forge a good lead on other riders and earn his first win of the day. Moto 2 saw a domination from start to finish by Hetrick and allowed him to get the overall win and close the gap to 3 points only in second position of the Championship!
Round 5 of ATVMX action is scheduled in two weeks only, May 19-20 in High Point, PA.
