We got to test out the new stage 5 shocks this weekend. McKenzie said,
“They are awesome! I can handle the quad better and the jumps felt really soft.”
The setup seemed to perform really well after a couple minor adjustments. Several other parents approached me about them asking questions. McKenzie looked comfortable and less worn out at the end of the day. As she landed her jumps her quad looked like a butterfly with sore feet landing. They absorbed a lot of the shock in the “whoop” sections and she was a overwhelmed at how well they did in the corners and now has to readjust how she corners.
She raced two classes in both rounds on Saturday and didn’t complain about being tired!
