Why register your products?

Since our products are often sold via our authorized resellers network, we usually don’t have any information on the people buying them unless they bought their shocks directly from us.

Registering your products ensure you that you are known in our database, which can then link your shocks profile and build sheet with their owner. This allows us to provide you better customer service and support by having the right information on hand when you contact us.

Registration is also very useful in case of a recall, or when a setup is further improved for your vehicle or to receive notifications when your shocks are due for servicing.
