Service offered

We offer the following services through either our Factory Service Dept at our corporate headquarters or through our affiliate Authorized Service Providers:

Regular maintenance and oil changes
Rebuilding or repairs
Modifications
Re-valving
Sale of replacement parts and springs

BOOK SERVICING APPOINTMENT

Please clean thoroughly your shocks before sending them for servicing. A cleaning fee of $30 USD (37.50 $ CAD) per shock will be charged for units sent dirty.

Never ship anything to Elka without prior authorization and instructions to proceed. Any inbound shipment received without authorization and proper paperwork will be refused and returned at your expense.
